"There were a few cobs with their spiders still living there, the floor was not really clean (you need slippers), the fridge hasn't been defrosted in a while, so I had to do it myself and the TV had the screen broken. We already let the host know about the spiders and the TV and she was grateful to learn about the spiders, so she can inform the cleaning company. She was aware of the TV - not a major issue, as you're not going to Paris to watch TV."

"A big, cozy, clean and comfortable place with a very convenient location. We had our concerns about the safety of the neighborhood but it turned out to be safe and central and 15 minutes to metro and 10 minutes from there to the center. Fatiha was so helpful she was always responding to our messages quickly and solving our problems. She provided us a free parking spot in a private park house 3 minutes to the place by foot. Facilities were enough for three people."

"We (a family with a 9-years old kid) had spent a week in the apartment and our stay was just great. The apartment is really good, clean, cozy and has everything we needed. Furthermore it's quite authentic and gave us Paris' mood. The location is very good, too: quiet and nice surroundings, 10 minutes by foot to public transport and about 20 minutes by metro/train to the center. Fatiha is a very friendly and supportive host speaking Enlish very well. She always responded to us quite quickly and gave us all the information we needed. Her support when we had a problem was just great and we are still really grateful to her. In other words, we enjoyed our stay there and would come again."

"Fatiha the host was brilliant from start to finish, she helped us with info regarding how to get to the apartment from the airport and places to eat and places to go near to where we were staying, The location of the apartment was excellent and only a 20 min trip by metro to the centre of Paris, The apartment catered for our every need and the bed was extremely comfortable! Especially after a long day walking and seeing the sights, Would definitely recommend this apartment when visiting Paris and once again a massive Thank you to the host Fatiha for all your help and advice throughout our trip, xx"

"Výborná lokalita kousek od metra a linky RER. Všude v okolí dostatek obchůdků a restaurací. Ubytování čisté, vybavení souhlasí, vše bylo v pořádku. Výborná komunikace s majitelkou, vše správně vysvětlila a ubytování tak bylo snadné, vč. parkování v podzemní garáži nedaleko bytu. Dům je starší, ale udržovaný a čistý, naprosto vyhovující. Vnitřní vybavení nové nebo zánovní, tedy doporučujeme, byli jsme spokojeni."

"Wir haben uns sehr gut mit der Gastgeberin verstanden. Die Einweisungen waren voll in Ordnung. Der Parkplatz (in Preis inklusive) ist 5 min entfernt und für große Autos bisschen eng (Tiefgarage). Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war ausreichend um paar Tage zu verbringen. Das Metro 13 und 14 sind nah. Leider in unseren Zeitraum war Nr. 14 gesperrt und es war schwierig den Ziel anders zu erreichen. Es war unser erstes Mal in Paris, deshalb schwieriger für uns die Wege zu finden. Preis-Leistung für die Wohnung OK!"

"Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z mieszkania, w mieszkaniu znajduje się dosłownie wszystko dla rodzinn z dziećmi. Jak dla nas nic nie brakowało, spędziliśmy tam tylko niestety jedna noc. Dodatkowo bardzo miła osoba z Nami się kontaktowała, odpisywała na każde zadanie pytania. Polecam :)"
